- Mirage says, "Cojones muy grande", which means very big balls in Spanish to Noah and Kris.
Violence & Gore

- Robots fight each other, sometimes to the death. Arms are severed, a head and spine are ripped out, a robot's head is smashed in (offscreen). A robot's life force is stolen.
- Some Autobots and Maximals in the final battle are seen killing Terrorcons with blasters, blades, etc.
Profanity

- Shit, ass, what the hell, goddamn, hell no are are said.
- 10 s-words, 5 uses of a**, 1 uses of h**. There is a cut off f-bomb.
- The language slightly gets more used throughout the movie, infrequent uses of moderate profanity, frequent uses of mild profanity.
- A person pointed out a middle finger.
- 2 misuses of God's name.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- No drug selling, drinking, smoking, etc.
- Reek was also holding a Twizzler almost throughout the movie. He holds or represents it as a cigarette, nothing else.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- This movie is very intense.
- Some of Scourge's sweeps chase scenes can frighten some people. PG-13 for intense scenes.
- Scourge's face with the mask can be frightening, but without his mask is WAY frightening.
- This is one of the violent/dark Transformers Movie with Unicron eating planets with Terrorcons with a frightening/violent looks.
- The museum battle is gruesome, and intense with the Autobots and the Terrorcons.
Spoilers
Violence & Gore
- The death of the character Battletrap is very gruesome. His arm is pulled off, Prime slices is leg off and Primal destroys his head with a mace.
- The death of the character Scourge is very violent. Prime stabs Scourge in the chest, forces him against a lava wall, slices his arms off, stabs him through the jaw, and decapitates him.
- The death of the character Nightbird is also violent. She notices Bumblebee falling and flies to attach him. Scourge tries to shoot them down, Bee uses Nightbird as a shield, rips off one of her wings, stabs her with it, and she explodes, with her parts falling from the sky. Not as violent as other Terrorcon deaths, but still violent.
Profanity
- Noah Diaz on the final battle says, "Die you ugly, motherf---er!" while shooting the Terrorcons in the final battle, but it was cut off.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Apelinq's death is very brutal and unsettling/upsetting for some viewers.
- The death of Mirage is upsetting, sacrificing himself getting shot by Scourge to protect Noah, causing him to lose most of his limbs.
- Airazor gets killed by Optimus Primal, to protect the Autobots/Maximals, although she was possessed by Scourge, her death can be constantly sad about losing her.
- The atmosphere of the beginning, at the Maximals planet, is violent, with Scourge walking towards Apelinq like a silhouette with his chest glowing, which can frighten some people.
