This Episode begins with Alex, he is waking up early in the morning. Jackson wants that April is searching for her own house. Laurie gave birth to her twins, they are a girl and a boy. Jo is pregnant, she tells this to Stephanie. Laurie her babies have tumors in their livers, they need transplants. Mason is a match with his kids, he can help his kids with the liver transplant, but they need one more donor. Laura named her son Daniel and her daughter Emma. Meredith wants more money for her role as Chief of General Surgery. Daniel died after surgery. Emma her liver transplant was successful. Jackson moved to Bailey and Ben their house. Maggie kissed with Andrew at the bar. Nice Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 12, emotional Episode. Laurie lost one of her babies, sad to see.

This should be shown to young women entering the workforce to illustrate how to negotiate for salary and to female managers to illustrate how to mentor young women. We, as women can not complain that we are not valued (or are under-valued) if we do not value ourselves. I know it's just a tv show but it reflects what I have witnessed in my career in HR. I really liked how Meredith was hesitant to ask for more but Amelia encouraged her with the statement that men do it all the time. And Baily wasnt going to just give it to Meredith because she wanted her to understand how it works. Brava!

Weren't Meredith a mother with 3 kids? and 1 of them a baby?? It looks like she have the 3 in an institution or in another part of the house with 1 or 2 nannies, because this show hardly show them at all!
I like that she's living with thr other 2 doctors, that reminds me of the first season.. but I know.. you have even 1 kid and that kid is all over you!! and more if you stay in a hospital most part of the day.. you came home and you are relaxing with your gals in the couch talking about whatever... and no kids around you??? no toys around? UNBELIEVABLE!
Arizona used to be super amazing doctor, latter, it was all about the relationship between she and Callie, and then the leg, then the divorce. It was nice wen she was in that fellowship learning from that doctor (G. Davis) but she was portrayed like a rookie dr. And now again, insecure.. and how come she need help with rent with the job she has??!! UNVELIEBABLE.
The list goes on... but I got things to do.
