Me think the lady doth protest too much

Warning: Spoilers
I love the call back they gave of "me think the lady doth protests too much" it's a great reference to season 1 (?) Bones and it's fitting that it was said to Jessica as she and Aubrey are similar to Brennan and Booth.

I'm 100% here for Senator Aubrey! I feel like he would do a great job.

Can we talk about how Caroline is an absolute icon? I mean seriously, her telling Aubrey "Cher you can't handle me" was absolutely amazing! I love Caroline and I wish she was in ever single episode.

I really liked the scene between Brennan, Jessica, and Angela when Brennan finally figured out what they were talking about and she was getting giggly and was proud that she figured it out. I thought it was a cute/funny scene.

How in the world did Brennan figure out that it was the state of Virginia? There is NO WAY I would have ever been able to put that together. I think it was a bit of a stretch.

Overall, I was amused during this episode. I'm totally here for Jessica and Aubrey. This episode wasn't anything special but it was fun to watch and I thought all of the storylines were good.

Best part: the entire scene of Booth and Caroline in the conference room, their banter is everything

Worst part: Hodgins sniffing the food that came out of a dead person's stomach!

Works OK But.....

Interesting case where a Senator is dismembered. He has been butting heads with people in his own party and has angered others, including a union boss and a daughter whom he gave up for adoption. It works fine for the most part but I always have trouble with the power wielded by Booth and Aubrey. They are working on the upper echelons of politics. At one point Brennan is brought along with the idea of keeping control of her mouth. She doesn't have a clue about decorum and says whatever pops into her head, including accusatory statements to the Senator's wife. I did like the eventual solution which worked quite well.
