There lay a dark secret. This is off the scale.

Steve is moved sidewards as be digs up some uncomfortable new evidence, he looks for help from an unlikely source.

The sense of injustice you feel as you watch this is very real. The writing here is nothing short of mind blowing, you are thrown around the room, you question everything, you are left wondering who's guilty, and who isn't.

Extremely controversial, a snap of a toxic individual adds an extra level of darkness to the story.

Martin Compston is literally off the scale in this episode, his acting is nothing short of remarkable. Steve's coffee encounter with Lindsay was an outstanding moment.

That ending though! I know I've seen it, but I am so excited to see the concluding episode.

It doesn't get much better than this. 10/10.

Enthralling episode

Dot attempts to stab Arnott in the back at every opportunity until the situation comes to a head.

This is a dramatic episode that builds up to an incredibly tense conclusion.

There is little about the plot I can say without spoiling, but it's safe to comment that several characters have memorable moments such as Arnott, Hastings, Dot and Lindsay Denton. It's all very sensationalised as always, but great storytelling from the writers and strong production values.

It includes another great AC12 interview scene which is exceptionally well written, performed and visualised as always on Line of Duty.

All actors are on great form especially Keeley Hawes and Craig Parkinson.
