First, I must say that during my first cut, I voluntarily skipper all the filler episodes, especially those which are the dreams of the characters. I was far too absorbed in the main story to "waste my time" with the fillers.
However, once I had completely finished Naruto Shippuden, I decided to watch these episodes and I think they are enjoyed a lot more, because they have nothing to do with the main story anyway.
As for this episode (432) and the next 25, they take place in Tsunade's dream which is a story that Jiraiya is said to have written in an alternate reality. However, this tale is meant to be an alternate reality of the whole story of Naruto, mainly his rivalry with Sasuke and the fights with Pain and the Akatsuki.
Even though this story doesn't have the depth and quality of the original story, it's really fun and interesting to see how events could have played out with some variation. In short, the writers really had fun writing this alternate reality and it's really very original as a concept! So, if you have skipped these fillers, do not hesitate to review these episodes which are nevertheless very good and even cover extremely important moments in the life of Naruto and Sasuke.....I won't say more, but you shouldn't be disapointed.
