- TriviaWhen Lucifer arrives to the satanic meeting, the doorman tells him, "You're supposed to be blonde." Lucifer is blonde in the comic book. In fact, Neil Gaiman, the author of the comic book, insisted to the artist that Lucifer must look exactly like David Bowie.
- GoofsMaze and Lucifer test various blades to see if they will hurt him. He states iron doesn't. However, in the Bible, the Lord and his Angels are vulnerable to iron. As Lucifer is an angel, he'd be vulnerable to iron.
However, while populated with characters inspired by Christian theology, both the show "Lucifer" and the graphic novel series which inspired the show have their own internal mythologies. The DC/Warner Bros Lucifer and his angelic siblings are not literal, direct representations of biblical beings, nor are they meant to be. Hence, in the show, Lucifer, other angels, demons, and even humans can have different abilities and restrictions within those mythologies, up to and including angels being invulnerable to iron.

A more enjoyable episode...
I must have missed some episodes but I checked #TeamLucifer just now. Well, there is an improvement to the enjoyment, with some portions of meta-humor and self-sarcasm.
In this episode Luci meets his ...followers, Satanists. Reverse Pentalpha, hoodies, chanting in Latin, sacrifices of animals...the whole package. The problem is that Lucifer ...despises them! "I'm the real Lucifer and I insist that you stop this nonsense immediately!! I mean, have you heard yourselves?!" There goes Satanism and the related rituals.
So, again Lucifer is portrayed as a misunderstood fellow. In his own words "I'm not evil. I punish evil.".
I never took this series seriously. I just saw it for what it is. And when real substance is missing, you look if the product is entertaining enough. Well, #TeamLucifer was better. Not much different but there is improvement. Basically the writers started to address the questions in everyones minds. Lucifer himself is searching for the mechanics of the show. How is this works...in a plausible way.
Overall: Misunderstanding is the keyword in almost every aspect of Lucifer. The series is misunderstood by the sworn Satanists who glorified it after the pilot. It is misunderstood by Christian Organizations who are trying to get it of the air (although I understand the argument of representing Satan as a cool guy might attract some young people to sinful practices). And the actual TV Lucifer is also gravely misunderstood. Anyway the latest episode was entertaining so..7 out of 10.
