When Cisco vibes about the Reverse Flash in the future, they bring up the time as a focal point. The clock in the off-site Mercury Labs room says 9:52 PM. Wells in regular time says it is '6 o'clock' with Barry saying how they have 3 hours and 52 minutes, meaning it is 6PM; however, the clock on the screen where they scanned for tachyons says 06:00, which would assume it is 6 AM, because there is no need for the 0 in front if it isn't a 24 hour clock.
Barry jumps out of the Particle Accelerator in a wide stance, but when the scene changes to a different camera, he stands with feet only shoulder-width apart.
From their conversation in the Pipeline, Thawne learned Barry's identity sometime after he got his powers and became Reverse-Flash. But as Thawne himself says, he spent 'years' figuring out how the Flash got his abilities, in order to duplicate the process and, thus, the result. If his research was as extensive as he implies, he should have been well aware of Barry's identity, even before getting his powers; considering both the unique circumstance by which Barry got his powers and how rare it is to survive being struck by lightning in the first place, surely Thawne would have come across Barry's name at some point.
