- A man's corpse is shown, and we see full frontal nudity. His genitals are shown briefly, before he is dumped into a pool.
- Nurse disrobes to the waist in front of man seated at a desk. He stares and begins to masturbate under his desk. Only motion is seen; nudity includes female frontal to the waist.
- Man dreams of a naked woman in a therapy tub. As he gets closer, he sees she is covered in the tub by eels. Nudity includes just the side of her hip and shoulder.

- Towards the end, a man begins ripping a woman's clothes off and rapes the woman on a bed with his fingers, but he is interrupted. The woman's breasts are shown closeup many times throughout the long scene.
Violence & Gore
- A man is strapped inside an iron lung with his mouth forced open while eels are poured down his throat. This is done on a regular basis to other patients.
- A man's tooth is drilled onscreen, lots of blood pours out of his mouth. This scene is fairly hard to watch.
- A woman is sexually assaulted and almost raped.
- A man slices a cow open at it's belly, revealing it's innards, a calf fetus and eels.
- The strongest scenes of violence include one where a woman swings a spade into a man's head, causing it to be lodged in between the victim's face; a scene where a man, who has been held captive, has his front tooth drilled through by a dentist drill; and a scene where a man is forced to swallow live eels while he is restrained in a cylindrical tank.

- There is a scene where a deer is violently hit by a car and the aftermath of it could be very disturbing to sensitive viewers or animal lovers.

- A pipe is shoved down a character's throat, releasing dirty water with eals inside.
