- The movie as a whole is stylistically dark and intense. With incredibly gory violence and disturbing to frightening imagery thrown all over the place. Has gritty and dark art style and scenes would definitely be enough.

- A dead body morphs into a formless monstrous creature that impales one of its appendages through the jaw and out the head of a character. It then slices the throat of another character to the point that they are decapitated.
- A car crashes into the side of a bridge, causing both people inside to be killed when their faces smash against the windshield, caving them inwards/
- A falling helicopter crushes and kills an antagonist.
- A man is shot in the eye, before he is shot over 50 times in the chest and stomach with lots of blood splattering. He is finally finished off with a gunshot to the head.

- There is a police chase scene where the main characters are shot at, and many cars crash.
