Round And Round

Talk about a cameo, given the demographic for this show it doesn't get much bigger, musically, than Metallica. Kerry Bishé was great, as was Noah Emmerich. I feel like the good plot development comes from the Chuck side of the storyline, while Bobby has fun and puts out fires.

[7.5] No squeeze at all

Episode 4: Besides the nice musical interlude featuring a very famous band and the ephemerous mini "flirt", everything else was more or less the same. It lacks real "throat-cutting" business vibe and atmosphere for both sides (companies) and no squeeze at all was felt...

Warning: Spoilers
Being a fan of this series, I'd give a ten for every of the previous episodes. This one is special because it is composed of several threads beautifully intertwined in the course of the episode.

Axe maneuvers a short through a heavy storm sparked by a very motivated enemy and with the expensive help by another foe. He meets a band (Metallica) and an old friend, but to what avail? He saves a friend, then discards him. A young woman heavily hits at him but he isn't game.

By the way: The woman is played by the wonderful Kelly Bishé.

Meanwhile, Chuck ducks a question by his wife, poses many questions to a very reluctant and not very informative whistle-blower. He has to deal with the fact that his office has been compromised. But the man who orchestrated the attack on the US attorney is too smart to be caught, initiates a counterattack and brings Chuck's arch nemesis from the SEC in a wonderful position and his arch nemesis in his own family aka his father in an awkward position. It's fun to watch how Chuck makes his father, so to speak, pick up the poop with his hands.

Both couples, the Axelrods and the Rhoades's have some quality time in the end.

Attention: no BDSM, no depreciative comments or sex acts towards women, actually no sex at all.
