- An intoxicated man asks a female bartender to lift her skirt up over her head, then get down on her knees in front of him (presumably to perform oral sex).
- A couple of women, presumably prostitutes, are seen wearing very thin tops and their breasts and nipples can be seen through them. One of the women starts groping the other's breasts while kissing her on the neck.
- Several bar maidens are seen wearing dresses that reveal most of their breasts.

- As the main characters are trappers and fur traders a number of animals are seen being killed, gutted and skinned and people are seen with animal blood on them.

- A man executes a prisoner by cutting his throat, a lot of blood is seen. He then proceeds to execute another prisoner by disemboweling him and then cutting off his genitals, then he proceeds to stab him multiple times, though this is done off screen. The details of the killing are explained by a soldier to his superior officer later.
- A man stabs another man in the belly, blood is seen on his hand.
- A man stabs a solider in the back of the neck, no blood is seen.
- A soldier is struck on the back of the head with an ax while urinating.
