We had never seen The Room before and after last night, I know why. This movie was perfect for Rifftrax Live. The guys did not disappoint with their riffs. It's worth seeing if just for the sex scenes alone, and not for the obvious reasons one would like to watch a scene like that. Be prepared; it's not pretty! And with the comments from Bill, Mike, and Kevin in the background, it's totally classic! I've been to a few of these events now, and this is one of their best. The RiffTrax guys are absolute geniuses with the things they come up with. I highly recommend checking out this riff, as well as their other projects. I guarantee you will become an instant fan!

I don't have a lot of experience with Rifftrax (let alone MST3K), but what I witnessed last night was phenomenal! The Room is one of those movies that I knew would be a perfect fit for something like this. I always wanted to see The Room in a theater, but the added Rifftrax commentary was just icing on that cake. Here are a few excerpts of the commentary:
Johnny got drunk last night. And he hit me. And he also showed me his butt. What?! That monster!
Hey Mark! XYZ. What? Mark never made it to the end of the alphabet.
(After the flower shop scene) Why can't the sex scenes be this efficient?
(When Denny is left alone with Johnny's body) Denny no! Don't unzip his pants!
After it's appearance in The Room, the Golden Gate Bridge jumped off itself.
