Claire is upset after receiving the note (You Lied.) Something's touched a nerve and she begins behaving oddly. Claire returns home and sees an accident, she panics and Norrie questions why she feared it was him and Megan in the accident. Putting his daughter first Norrie asks Claire to leave until the business is sorted. Hind places Claire in witness protection, but even there she's placed in danger by former student Lucy, a girl that told an ex partner that she'd been attacked and that it was Claire's fault. Harding is prime suspect and the evidence around him grows, Claire and Hind attend a function he's hosting confronting him with the evidence. Claire gets drunk and kisses Hind, and reveals secrets from their past.
It's been a slightly disappointing series so far, quite slow, quite boringly produced. Part 3 has proved to be the highlight, it moved at a much better pace, more interesting, and the chemistry between Anne-Marie Duff and Johnny Harris was more believable.
Best moment had to be the break in scene when Claire was in the bath and received the phone call, best moment of the series so far.
All quite bleak really, thank goodness for Luke Newberry, he added the only lighter moments.
Very impressed with the performance of Lyndsey Marshal, I've been so used to seeing her play sweet and innocent characters, it was refreshing to see her in a more sinister role, she was excellent.
