When Sharon is talking to the kid's father, she asks him to list his friends and any enemies, and she slides a note pad and pen across the table to him. It then cuts to Lt. Tao getting Sharon's attention through the window, and when it cuts back to her, the note pad and pen are back in front of her, facing the other direction than when she pushed it over to the father.
The victim was 20, yet the driving license shown was for a driver over 21.
When Lt Flynn is walking the hallways in the hospital, the RN is following Flynn with a wheelchair. However, both the RN and Sharon comment repeatedly that they are concerned about Flynn falling. If Flynn was a fall risk, the RN is not following true fall protocol.
Provenza's girl friend is taking Flynn's pulse. She checks the time on her wristwatch and is supposed to be counting his heartbeats. But she's telling him a story, which is impossible when you're counting. And then she says his pulse is 65. But nobody counts for an entire minute, and the only way to get 65 after a multiplication is if she counted 13 heartbeats in 12 seconds. You don't measure for 12 seconds, but for 10, or 15, or 20.
