- A kid is killed offscreen in a flashback. She's hit by a train. Completely offscreen, but you can see the reaction of the father.
- A lot of dead and mutilated corpses are found. Mostly jump scares. Disturbing and gruesome.
- It is said a dangerous criminal used vicious methods on other people. Brief footage of this is seen on a television screen.
- A man is given electric shocks.
- A man threatens to kill a woman, but fails and is knocked unconscious.
- A man is punched in the face as an interrogation method.
- A knife is thrown into a man.
- A man is grabbed and murdered offscreen. A scream and chewing like noises are heard.
- A woman is shot to death through an airvent.
- A woman is drowned by an invisible force.

- A man is electrocuted. He survives.
- A woman is shot in the head, her husband is shot and killed after. The daughter jumps in and is shot in the head. Soon after a crowd filled with innocents is being fired upon. This is possibly the most disturbing scene of the movie.
