- 2 - 3 hand to hand martial arts fight scenes.
- Morgan stabs a woman in the eye. It is seen from the cameras POV.
- Morgan runs around with a handgun shooting people, pistol whipping them, and threatening them.
- A man is seen hanged. He commited suicide.
- A couple of people get shot in the head.
- A person pushes another person into the lake. The person then jumps into the lake and begins to hold the other person down. The person underwater dies.
- A woman get smothered to death. Not graphic at all.
- A women gets beaten to death by being hit in the face with a gun repeatedly (this happens off screen though but the impact is only shown from the top of Morgan's movement)
- The portrayal of infliction of pain and injuries is depicted with some detail of blood and gore, but is not prolonged or frequent.
- The film contains several scenes of violence.
- The strongest scene features the artificial being pouncing on a man who is interrogating her and biting off a chunk of his flesh. While the biting occurs fairly quickly, the being could be seen spitting out a piece of the man's flesh. There are also several shots of the victim holding on to the side of his neck while blood flows out.
- Other scenes of violence in the film feature fist-fighting, kicking and strangling. However, the impact of the violence is brief and is not accompanied by bloodletting.
- Some stronger scenes include one where a man is stabbed in the stomach with a syringe; one of a young woman smothering another woman; a scene where a woman is seen to be impaled by a tree branch where the branch could be seen sticking out of her stomach; etc.

- 'Morgan' is a sci-fi thriller about a corporate risk-management consultant who has to make the difficult decision of whether to terminate the life of a human-like being, which has been created in a laboratory environment.

- Movie is rather plotless but the scene where Morgan is begging to not get killed may distress some. They say that she is not a human although she clearly looks like a human and acts like a human.
