The scenery, characters, music, storyline are all great in this show, I don't know French so I read the subtitles and that in no way takes away from this show - give this show a chance even if you don't like subtitles, you won't regret it. I watched both of the remakes of this show to make it more palatable for English speaking audiences and they were ridiculous. This is up there on my all time list of great shows - and I've got to mention the cinematography and audio are such a large part of why this show is great - they enhance well written scenes and emphasize the moments for the show itself and the viewer. I was hooked the first 5 minutes of the first episode which showcases its creativity and brilliant audio, and great cast!

Not worth seeing it

First season was really good and we were excited to see what would happen in second season. Totally not worth it. Way too complicated, too slow and you keep asking yourself why you are wasting your time watching it. Stay away or just watch season 1 only.
