Thank heavens for Damon!

This series is awful, I can only manage one episode at a time thanks to the awful caroline story.

However, Damon is such a string loveable character whilst staying the same strong personality that I have to persevere just to see how his ending develops. Him and Bonnie are amazing together.

They really drew this awful season out no wonder nina jumped ship.

Turning on Stefan's humanity back with Lily

Caroline and Stefan are evil. Caroline sings get me with your best shot at the campus bar. The students shake their heads and one comments they are trying to study. The students are compelled to listen and watch.

Damon is told by his mother that she didn't go to New York in 1903 to go meet with them as she learned they became vampires. She got so deep in the bloodlust and made her own close friends that she forgot her feelings for her sons. Damon gets mom to put on a show to get Stefan back by telling her what to say. At the bar she does so and Stefan's humanity is turned on.

Jo meets with Elena and Damon saying they must destroy the Ascendant. There are 6 witches turned to vampires there. These vampires are like Kai and use magic only when they draw from a source. As a vampire they have magic perpetually.
