OK, this is not my favourite show. But my girlfriend likes it so I follow it.
I have seen a lot of "lending" plot ideas from other TV shows this season but this one takes the price for COPY a plot.
When stealing a plot at least try make it better than the TV show you steal from, or at least change something so it is not a copy.

ANd it was so obvious and bad made it almost made me puke through the hole episode
