You, Me and the Apocalypse: Still Stuff Worth Fighting For
Prismark1029 April 2016
In the third episode again strands are coming together and you can make links again between the different characters and how they will all end up together in the bunker.

The interesting strand is Father Jude and Sister Celine go to Warsaw to investigate reports of a messiah. They meet a 6 year old girl Frankie who seemingly returned from the dead after a car accident at the same time the apocalypse was announced. A crowd has gathered outside the hospital believing she has the powers of making miracles happen.

Frankie's mother, Layla is the wife of Jamie who has disappeared and who is in that photograph with Ariel. Jude and Celine help Layla and Frankie escape the hospital.

Jamie and Dave are being held hostage by Skye, one of Ariel's ex girlfriend who is also heavily pregnant and her waters break. Jamie and Dave help to deliver the baby, believing Jamie is Ariel's twin she gives him the address of his birth mother in Scotland.

Rhonda and Leanne are still on the run and Rhonda is caught and held at gunpoint by Buddy, a crossdresser until she is later rescued by Leanne. Evil Ariel has tracked down Spike and conned him to help him out and escape from his real father who is a jerk.

Scotty and General Gaines have started Project Saviour, using the world's finest scientists to stop the comet hitting Earth. Scotty has been talking to Rhonda who persuaded him to visit her husband Rajesh who is ill in hospital. We also find out that Scotty and Gaines are lovers.

The episode still has a quirky style but maybe felt it was quirky just for the sake of it. Crossdressing and a gay relationship in the same episode, it is as if they want to deliberately go out to shock middle America.
