This Episode begins with Meredith, she isn't in a happy mood after Derek left her alone. Arizona makes another ultrasound of April her baby. Jackson wants that April terminates her pregnancy if the baby has type 2, April wants to keep the baby anyway. Meredith discovered a tumor in Adrian her heart, it is looking worse. Jenna is flirting with Callie at the bar. Meredith performs Adrian her surgery, her tumor was removed successful. Nice Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 11, this was the first Episode without Derek. Sad to see that Meredith is feeling lonely, i hope she will find her new person!
