When Maddie is looking at Harry"s bookcase. Black Echo is on the shelf. This is Michael Connelly' s first Harry Bosch novel.
Bosch spins his jazz LPs at home on a 1970s vintage Marantz Model 6300 turntable powered by a classic 1960s McIntosh McIntosh model MX-110 tube preamp and model MC-240 tube amplifier, and output through Ohm Walsh Series 360-degree speakers.
When Bosch begins playing a record for his daughter, he says the artist is "the late, great Art Pepper," while the song, "Patricia" plays. He says it so fast that many people have since Googled "Lake Radar Pepper Patricia" looking for the song.
