- May 2014 is a busy month, even by the standards of Chef\Restaurateur Will Meyrick. With 2 award winning restaurants, Sarong and Mama San in his home, Bali and E&O in Jakarta, Will is a busy man. This month Will travels to Hong Kong to open the first overseas branch of Mama San and from there goes to straight to Tasmania as headline guest Chef at the Savor Tasmania food festival, where he has to cook for 600 guests. On both these occasions, Will is taking Balinese Chefs and staff, showcasing the culinary skill on offer from Bali.

Within the month of May he has to travel to Hong Kong to open the first international Mama San franchise, at the same time taking Balinese chefs and staff to the international stage. From there Will travels to Tasmania as headline guest Chef for Savor Tasmania, the epicurean showcase of Tasmania's renowned produce. The challenge for Will and his Balinese chefs is recreating an authentic pan asian dish for 600 guests at the renowned Long Table dinner.
