The children decide to assist in the bachelor party for their gay father's on the eve of their wedding. They invite old friends and members of the gay community. The party is a disaster. Everyone is uncomfortable. No one is talking. A man they worked with comes all the way from Utah. He is contemptible and no fun. Meanwhile, Grace, recognizing that Frankie is depressed, gets her to agree to go out to a previous haunt where they each get to tell the other what to do. They dress each other up in totally variant clothing. They go to a bar where Frankie used to hold forth and find a young crowd who seem really uptight. Things get out of hand and it is pretty funny. Meanwhile, Brianna is called in to save the party and does it in about as outrageous a way as she could. If I had to criticize this, it would be that it takes away the subtle development that previous episodes had. There are some touching moments. I look forward to see what the writers have in store. Obviously, there is a wedding coming up.
