It could take weeks or months for the DEA get enough evidence to convince a judge that a warrant needs to be served. At most three weeks have elapsed since Danny Rand returned to New York City and when the DEA decides to raid Colleen Wing's dojo. Additionally, even later when things with the DEA have been "cleared," the evidence that caused them to seek a warrant is never presented, and the whole matter is forgotten.
There is an obvious stunt double for Bakuto during his fights with Danny and Colleen.
Danny left his phone behind when he escaped from the Hand in Lead Horse Back to Stable (2017) so that they could not track him. Yet the next day, Bakuto called him from Ward's phone and then Ward texted him on the same phone and same number to warn him that DEA is coming for him.
1- Danny didn't get his phone back.
2- Even if it's a new number, Ward was hospitalized the whole time and no way he could get his new number.
At the beginning, a nurse says to Ward, "As it says in the Bible, 'This too shall pass.'" This phrase does not appear in the Bible. Rather, it is of fabled origin (some suspect Persian or Jewish folklore). This specific phrasing first appeared in the late 1800s in a collection of tales by Edward Fitzgerald.
