Warning: Spoilers
One time poster boy of La novelle vague (lead of Tete Contre les Murs and director of Les Snobs) Moky continues into the twenty first Century with this barely competent who dun it.

Prosecutor Vadim, who has an uneasy relationship with his glamorous wife Chanéac, vanishes at the time a psycho is offing club girls to the strains of the "Tu es si jolie ce soir" song.

Police colleagues rally round. The old neighbor is beaten up after seeing a shadowy figure watching with binoculars and at feature length running time of uninvolving plot complications, the killer turns out to be the spookiest character as always.

The cast look uncomfortable in their real settings and production values are minimal.
