THIS SHOW IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE EXACTLY LIKE IT WAS IN THE 1500'S!! If it was then it would be boring. It is fantastically modern with language and attire but also very classic with the life of a king and queen. People are getting annoyed with historical inaccuracy but like I said before, it's not about that. There is political intrigue and it also shows how back then there was sexism and if a woman, especially a queen could not bear a son or even a child it was automatically the woman's fault Watch if you like history with a dramatic and modern twist. There is nothing wrong with a guilty pleasure.
