- There is a scene of group sex as a man is seen with two prostitutes in a hotel, with full frontal female nudity and a focus on the sexual activity. It is suggested that one of the women is underage.
- A man sits naked on bed, with his legs covering him. Two girls walk up and are shown fully nude from behind. They each kiss him slowly and each other. Their breasts are shown and his hand is shown between one of the girl's spread legs.
- Later the same three people are shown in a fairly explicit threesome. Brief female full frontal nudity is shown.
- The man is also shown having sex with each girl individually, and the girls are shown lying naked on the bed.
- A woman is shown lying naked on a bed, sleeping. Her butt and part of breasts are visible. Two men are in the room talking. Later one of them covers her with a blanket.

- There is frequent violence, including shootings, kneecappings, beatings and throat slashings resulting in blood spurts. One man kills another with a single knife blow to his neck.

- Rated 12 in Austria, and allowed for everyone in Italy and Japan. That's how it's supposed to be, in a normal world. Most children gets this difference between film and reality.
Profanity

- There is strong language ('f**k') and use of 'dick', 'asshole', 'dickhead', 'butt', 'pussy' and 'pissed. Some strong sex references include comments about pimps and hookers.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- For both, the country of origin and the crime genre in particular, there is remarkably little drinking of alcohol and I did not notice any cigarette smoking at all.
- A young woman shoots heroin once.
- During the sex scene in the hotel a naked woman methodically prepares crack cocaine in a pipe which is then shared between the three participants as they have sex. A woman later injects heroin into her arm in a close up shot.
- Two girls and a guy smoke crack during their threesome. It turns out to be a major plotpoint.
