Wow - another powerful season final from the team! I really will miss Amelia (Gill) next season because she is the powerhouse behind and in front of the scenes.

Ellie Haddington shines as Evie Pritchard

This episode is not only the final appearance for the outstanding Amelia Bullmore (who was in the amazing and subversive Jam TV series), but it's her finale writing effort. I wonder how actress Ellie Haddington prepared for her role as the foul-mouthed Evie Pritchard, so it would be interesting to see maybe a DVD special on this. Evie reminds me of a foul-mouthed lady in a Carlisle Carvery locate in CA1 or CA2 or CA3.
It's good to know Scott and Bailey returned for a final season but unfortunately sans Amelia Bullmore.
