Graham is welding a crankshaft, then picks it up and bolts it into a engine. Crankshafts require close tolerance machining after the welding table and before installation.
Aukstaitija is a real region in Lithuania. There are no such rocky hills though the name suggests it should be hilly ("aukstas" means "high" in Lithuanian), and there are no Châteauesque castles, too. The Lecter manor (Lecter dvaras) portrayed in the episode is no way near Aukstaitija or Lithuania in general. Furthermore, there is a tombstone in the shape of a Celtic cross in the graveyard by the manor where we see the grave of Mischa Lecter (it appears on the left side of the screen for a moment) - there are no such Celtic-related relicts in whole country.
