This show just seems so fake. Its exploiting people who clearly have mental health issues. How can staff shout and swear at people and thats OK? Its no wonder all they get is aggressive, argumentative idiot visitors they know its being filmed and they know how they will get on TV by acting like animals. I also watch Pawn Stars, decent, informative people, not playing on peoples weaknesses. They continually rip people off and dont pay fair. It would be interesting to know on specific items what they told the person they were worth, what they paid and what they eventually sold the items for. Karen "acts" like its the first time she's seen the script, its so poor. Ashley is just rude and obnoxious - telling people they need to show respetc and she is nowehere close to showing respect to anyone herself.
They complain that people were trying to cheat them in this episode, when that all they do - act underhanded all the time. Im guessing its set in a poor area, with high unemployment, high mental health problems and the show just takes advantage of these peoples personal problems. Personally I woudnt want to be "famous" as a snarky, underhand, foul-mouthed woman.
