I believe this was the finale. It proved to be the best episode, same as last season. The action was fast paced and a lot of the plots were finally resolved. The theme the writers kept driving home in this episode was that if you love someone, then NEVER let them GO without a huge effort to keep them. The plots in Selfridge are quite implausible. Miss Webb and her brother's attempt to con Mr. Selfridge out of a lot of money was not believable. How she ever thought she could keep up the charade by marrying him was totally beyond reason. Despite the weak plot lines and the hammering of the "don't let love go mantra", the acting and action proved entertaining. LOVED the ending scene. It was very creatively and unexpectedly filmed. Harry, distraught with disappointment, begins his descent into hell at a gambling table. A sinister rock theme is played, counter to the period of the show.
