The pharmacy label on the bottle of Liza Winter's bottle of sedative tablets shows a dose of "150 Mg". The capitalised letter M is used for the SI prefix "mega-", meaning each tablet is apparently 150 million grams. For milligrams (thousandths of a gram, the most common measure of medicinal doses) the label should show "150 mg".
During Season One the Winter Team are struggling with implosion. In several early episodes, you can see them working on the spherical, layered approach which was the ultimate solution to the shock-wave issue. However, in later episodes, they have yet to arrive at a solution.
