An angel in Bahia

Very moving film, quite well acted (good casting) and filmed. Sister Dulce seemed to be really an angel. Indeed, this is neither an apologetic movie on the Catholic Church, nor a critique against it. It is a film in favor of solidarity, compassion, goodness, wherever they are.

Our 37th Brazilian saint, The Saint of the Poor...

I love Biographies, especially of holiness, spirits of light that leave our hearts warm when we watch, enlighten our soul, and serve as examples, for more generosity and love, as Sister Dulce spread without distinction, to the poor and needed... Two excellent choices Regina Braga and Bianca Comparato, managed to transmit all the purity and strength that the honored one deserved, João represents all the children, young people and adults who saved... Our 37th Brazilian saint, The Saint of the Poor...
