Good "second episode of the season"

Warning: Spoilers
This is my first review so,

The previous episode was filled with legal terms making some viewers slightly confused with the what's going on while this episode to some extent clarifies the situation and where each client stands.

Despite not having any major developments to the plot (or subplot) the episode was a major development in terms of the the relationship between Mike and Harvey. In previous episodes Harvey was always the one giving orders and commanding Mike whereas this episode, Mike and Harvey are portrayed as equal; rivals.

Episode was good, a crucial episode in the development of this new plot, Harvey and Mike's rivalry, all building to a great showdown. These episodes (where not a lot happens) are important to have (example: Game of Thrones).

Donna and Litt: something new and hope we get to see more of.

Can't wait for round 2 in the Mike and Harvey match!

Warning: Spoilers
The introduction of a past character and a new character is a sign and grounds for conflicts. Always has been. And I expect some too.

~ Harvey cornered Mike , you don't corner people coz they jump for the flight or fight response .

You make them think they're cornered .

That scene where Mike tells Harvey that he rip apart the arm to save the body .

That's when it felt like , Yep this has started .

Harvey had a slight grin coz he felt proud of what Mike did even though it was a loss to him .

PS : Rachel is crossing the line at times . Work should be kept totally professional otherwise people get hurt .

Equals--Maybe!

Mike and Harvey meet in this one one equal footing. Mike in his new position with high finance goes nose to nose with the former mentor. So much is going on. The SEC is coming to look at things and they are frightened that certain deals will find their way, including some insider trading. Rachel and Mike are at odds over things that can't be spoken. While Rachel had an affair with one of the participants, Mike is seemingly OK. But that's not so simple. Jessica hands over a full partnership to a guy she is sleeping with, leaving Louis in the lurch. Mike has to get harsh with a client he respects and force to turn his back on his dreams. Michael Gross plays this man and we can't help but feel sorry for him. This episode is so intelligent and there are no easy answers.
