"Ribbit! Ribbit!"

Frogs.... Of course, you've seen them in horror movies, as well as seen them on Sesame Street (Kermit). And, believe me, after you've seen them here in this first-rate nature-documentary, I'm sure you'll totally agree with this DVD's title - That frogs are, indeed, "fabulous!"

Yep. From adorably cute and colourful (red, yellow, green, blue), to hideously ugly and bizarre (just wait till you see the imposing size of the African bullfrog), frogs rate, in my books, as being one of the coolest bunch of amphibious critters on the entire face of the planet.

Hosted by David Attenborough, "Fabulous Frogs" tells the viewer everything they've ever wanted to know about frogs (survival, mating, feeding, adapting, etc., etc.), but, just didn't know where to ask.

There's No Denying It.... Frogs Are Fabulous!
Yes. Indeed. - This very informative nature-documentary is clearly aimed at telling the inquisitive viewer everything they've ever wanted to know about frogs and toads, but didn't quite know who to ask.

Believe it, or not - It is estimated that these specific species of amphibians have been present on the Earth for close to 300 million years.

Not only are some frogs truly amazing jumpers, but many are also surprisingly brilliant in their skin color, as well.

This 1-hour-long "Nature Series" documentary from PBS travels to both South America and Africa in order to give the viewer a well-informed perspective on the vast variety of frogs and toads that exist today in these exotic regions of the world.

I think it's interesting to note that sometimes the most unique-looking and most colorful frogs of all are, indeed, the most poisonous ones, as well.
