This delightful comedy... oh wait...
When the main person calls themselves a doctor, but has no formal medical training or qualifications (PhD) - you know you're not in for much quality in the content. (In Australia 'Doctor' is not a protected term, so anyone can call themselves a doctor).
The actual documentary composition & execution was well done, lots of emotion, a well constructed story etc, however the content made it unbearable from start to finish.
As others have noted, the child isnt the focus of the film, its about promoting quackery & outdated ideas from centuries ago that pre-date germ theory. There's no science or information in here at all that is helpful.
The child is basically used (exploited?) as a way for people to get their heads on camera to push their ideals, and promote themselves & their way of life. Its sad to see vulnerable people sitting in some sort of class/lecture being preyed upon by these people taking their money & offering nothing in return.
I could sit here and tear apart all the non-sense that's stated, other reviews have some lovely snippets, but its not worth any time.
If you actually want information on health & obesity - Satchin Panda & Michael Mosely would be 2 of the best sources on the planet.
