This is based on a lie, not the truth. Barmore was a career criminal and was arrested multiple times for resisting arrest and battery on officers. The daycare allowed him to run inside as he was running from police, again. The black witnesses lied and would not show up to court to give their statements. In fact, one of those witnesses filed a false report that she was attacked at school in a bathroom. Stupid didn't realize there was a security camera and she was the only person in the bathroom!!! Many blacks in Rockford hate the "white man" and cry racism for anything. The forensic evidence matched the officer's story along with Barmore's history. The dad even admits to telling him to run from police!
