Lots of swing in a short time.

Warning: Spoilers
Thirties movie star Charles "Buddy" Rogers proves that he's a good egg in this musical short where, as the head of a cosmetics company, he aids pretty nightclub singer Betty Jane Rhodes in her career. and just to reals, there is only a shell of a plot, although it is insinuated that Rhodes is also the owner of the nightclub she performs in. When she takes on the nickname of Georgiana, Rogers must come to her defense when the legal team behind his company threatens legal action. It's not much of a plot really as it is only discussed as part of a nightclub table scene, but what is important is what happens on the stage as Rogers takes over the band improves indeed that he still has "wings". Rhodes, unfortunately, never got the break that this could have brought her, but she is charming, sweet and definitely talented. That is veteran character actor Robert Emmett Keane getting most of the dialogue at the nightclub table, and everybody else is unbilled.
