Beautiful story
cdyoungs9 October 2019
Sometimes these movies can be a bit cheesy. But this story- in 45 minutes it touches on the heartbreak of war, the effects it can have on soldiers, and how one small act can completely change and inspire a life. I cried watching this.

I was emotionally moved by this episode
bmiller5926 January 2021
Like another reviewer I discovered a couple episodes of Signed Sealed Delivered last year. I really enjoyed them. As I was searching HM for movies to watch I came across the marathon.

I thought the two-hour pilot was strong, but this episode emotionally moved me. What a story. I've seen four episodes and only two of them have I been able to put words on the page of how I was moved.

Am looking forward to the remaining episodes and looking forward to Signed Sealed Delivered being continued.

This episode could be the benchmark to my ratings and reviews of future ones.

Great episode

I am not sure how we have a great series like this and it gets cancelled. That had to do more with promotion by the network versus content.

The directing and acting is great for hallmark. I know I'm not watching an academy award movie but I'm watching something that shows how good people can be. Maybe we need more of this. The actors and actresses showed true emotion.

Please renew this series 6 years later

These guys are freat.

Moving

Hallmark makes so many shows that are schmaltzy. This one is a cut above. It's message is moving and shows us how one act of goodness can have a far reaching ripple effect. This Made me cry.

9/11 aftermath
safenoe21 December 2020
I very much like Signed, Sealed, Delivered, I discovered the series a few years by stumbling upon episode 6 of season 1. So I'm now catching up (finally!) on the first half of season 1. Last week I finally watched the pilot.

This episode was very moving, and deals with the aftermath of 9/11, and the neverending war in Afghanistan. I'm not sure where the war scenes were filmed, but all credit to the location managers. The episode deals with courage, loyalty, loss and redemption.

Kristin Booth plays Shane, and sometimes I get her mixed up with Kristen Bell because of their names, perkiness and resemblance.

Signed, Sealed, Delivered is a warm series which I can watch over and over again. If you're into "nasty twist" series like Inside No. 9, Room 104 or Black Mirror, then I think you should watch Signed, Sealed, Delivered for a more healthy dose of optimism.

Are we talking about the letter or a salad?

"What is it you always say? Putting a stamp on a letter and putting it out there is an act of faith."-Shane McInerny.

This was a heartbreaking story about a kind soldier in Afghanistan who befriends an orphaned local girl named Samila and teaches her English. After an attack on her village, the soldier nicknamed "Buzz" rescued Samila and she never saw him again.

This was a really touching story about how some soldiers fall through the cracks and struggle mentally when they get home...if they get home.
