The Exes

The show is determined to point out that young people are feckless and irresponsible.

On the verge of signing Swedish writer Anton Bjornberg. Kelsey goes out to celebrate and asks Liza to be her wingwoman and stop her from celebrating excessively.

Despite protestations from Liza. Kelsey ignores her and gets blind drunk when she meets a former ex . When she oversleeps the next morning, Kelsey blames Liza.

Of course the moral of the story is. Liza tells Kelsey to take responsibility for her mistakes. Of course this assumes grown up middle aged adults never behave like teenage kids. Liza certainly behaves like one, Josh showed her a good time in bed.

A zippy episode with a rather patronising tone. I still haven't found it funny.

Warning: Spoilers
"Liza wait..." she doesn't listen. As if he can't just shout what he needed to say if it were that important and of course, logic always goes out the window for any such situation in any tv show or movie because when someone says "I don't want to listen" and made their minds up, you can't tell them anyway even if it were life and death important or something just, very pertinent. Yes, real life works that way, if your life is a script from every tv show or movie ever made with the same stupid trope.
