I understand that realism with these kind of shows is kind of lost. But the part where the nurses allow his friends to shave his face beard to uncover is passed life is absolutely messed up. And getting the nurses to berate him as soon he wakes up is a disgusting representation of nurses across the world. Yes the tattoos were gross but he was clearly trying to turn a new leaf. Put a pin it after I worked out what kind of show this was going to be. I don't understand why it's so hard to make a semi realistic emergency room drama without sorting out racist disputes or finding bombs in patients. Why can't it just be character driven with realistic treatments?
