The title comes from the Simon & Garfunkel song, "April Come She Will," a bittersweet memory of an old relationship. It may be coincidental that the song follow the form of an old nursery rhyme "Cuckoo, cuckoo, what do you do," which would be a clever way of implying April's proposal is a bad idea.
