A Pretty Boring Episode
briezey4 September 2022
Warning: Spoilers
This episode really didn't hold my interest. The case was rather boring. The only interesting thing about it was that the team couldn't figure out why the time of deaths was so hard to determine. Other than that I didn't feel the emotion of the case or the passion. I felt like everyone felt really one dimensional.

I did like the stuff between Arastoo Cam and his family. It was nice to get some more character development from Arastoo and really see the connection that these two have.

I also found the execution of the B plot about Booth potentially being up for a promotion odd. Like everyone is telling him that it seems he could be up for a promotion but he was in denial. Then he was surprised that Bones would move with him. I'm not sure I hope we get some resolution on this in the next couple episodes.

Best part: Bones being supportive of Booth

Worst part: the case.

Cryonics Did It For Me
Hitchcoc2 March 2023
Let's face it. Cryonics is doomed. Even if there were some endgame, think about it. It requires a group of specialists whose livelihood depends on the frozen people paying fees to them. Their families would have to do that. They would then have to withstand power outages, military coups, incompetent people, carelessness, machine malfunctions from attrition. Yet a couple of folks with these big stainless steel tubes in a little facility are going to bring us back to life. The murder is rather a dull one (the word stupid comes to mind). The other ongoing thing is Booth being investigated for some other possible job in the FBI (maybe a move to Europe). That was pretty dull too. Oh well, onward and upward.
