Medicinal marijuana is the featured topic of this episode. Wendell Bray is back and manages to keep working because marijuana has lessened the harsh effects of chemotherapy. Unfortunately, the federal government oversees the Jeffersonian so Cam has to fire him. The victim here is a young woman who has advanced Lupus and who uses weed and then works in a distribution center. She has a little side business going on and that's what is the issue here. Booth continues to be a naysayer. Once again he can't look at the big picture. If Uncle Sam is against it, it must be wrong. Mr. Bray eventually must face the realities. If Booth were not his usual jerkface self, I would have rated this higher.

Hair loss with Chemo

The cancer topic and the chemotherapy took effect already in episode 6.04, The body and the Bounty, in connection with the loss of the hair on the head. The headhunter in 6.04, he wore a headdress, and here now Wendell Bray lose her hair through the chemo. A serious fault is, that patients loses any hair, I know it from my own experience. You lose any androgenic hair, head hair, beard, pubic hair, eyebrows, eyelashes, everything. And it grows fast, actually I lost my hair between 1 and 2 Chemo and it beginns to grow between 3 and 4 Chemo of 8. It's only a smal fault, but a serious. They should shown both man without any hair. That would be realistic.

My daughter has lupus nephritis (kidneys) and CNS (brain) involvement. Her specialists will NOT allow cannibus use due to contraindications with the other drugs that keep her alive.
Also I have stage 4 brain cancer and I cannot use cannibus as it is contraindicated with the opioids that are much better pain control. Cannot use both. Please done misdirect.

Brennan just keeps spouting useless junk and booth is his usual stupid rock headed self .... the patient has a doctors scrip for marijuana and booth is all gung ho call out the militia and arrest the bad guy ... because uncle sam says its illegal in spite of court judgements ... booth is out of line .... i dislike weed users because they are weak but i have witnessed the pain relief first hand by someone close to me that died from cancer .... booth is way too rigid
