- The flashbacks are quite disturbing and some of the deaths are startling and quite disturbing as well.

- A man is poisoned via cyanide and starts coughing up bloody. Not much is seen but it is quite startling and unexpected.
- A woman dies offscreen via poison. It is very mild and dies in her sleep.
- A man is beaten repeatedly on the head offscreen and the aftermath is shown - it is very bloody and grisly.
- A man is repeatedly hacked to death offscreen by an axe. Very bloody and gory with what appears to be his innards spilled out on the floor.
- A woman is stabbed in the neck by a needle pick - not bloody but strong regardless
- A man is shot in the head offscreen; quite graphically with blood on the wall behind him.
- A man is stabbed offscreen - bloody results
- A man was pushed down a cliff and killed - offscreen
- A man is shot repeatedly in the chest
- A woman is hung from a hook and she is graphically strangled - it is slow and intense
- A man puts a gun in his mouth and fires - blood graphically shoots out the back
- A small child drowns whilst trying to swim and we see his dead body for a couple of seconds
- An elderly woman is suffocated with a pillow by another man
- A pre-teen girl reveals gruesome mutilations on her face
- Two children were run down - offscreen - by a car and we see their dead bodies with some blood
- A man is shot in the back of the head but the aftermath is not seen
