the writers put on (yet another) clinic

There are two ways to consider this episode, which operates mainly with the core cast and pushes many emotional and feel-good buttons that the other episodes have generally avoided.

The first is simply to consider it a change of pace.

The second (and perhaps more accurate) is to consider that the writers were strutting their stuff, showing their mastery of their characters, and showing their skills.

It is astonishing to me that at the midpoint of season 3 they are still getting mileage out of a trope, a plot arc, that was developed back in the pilot.

Serious skills. Serious writing. Serious acting. Generally a joy for fans both old and new.

The whole episode is brilliant but boy oh boy ...the ending of it...superb acting skills, outstanding cinematography and remarkable script.

This is the best ep till now. I came specially to give and write a review here.

The way they connect the cases with the every other main character's life is amazing. Good Job by the writers. Impressed by Louis's acting skills.

Tense and Realistic

There are two issues at work. Louis decides to go after Michael guns blazing. He is vindictive and downright mean. To clinch the thing, he goes to Michael's phony transcript and finds an A+ that would be darn near impossible. He also invites the professor for that class to give a speech to the firm. While this is happening, Jessica's ex-husband dies. She was named the executor while they were married and plans on carrying out her duties. The problem is with the current wife who goes into combat mode. It takes letting go of the childish hanging on to get the job done. Circumstance happen in a good way. Also, there is an interesting result for Louis's actions.
