I have really enjoyed watching this show and was anxious to find out what happened but shocked to find the program stopped at episode 19. Where are the final 2 episodes 20 and 21? I feel I have been cheated. Does anyone know where I can see the end! So disappointed.

Call Twisted the comeback kid for while Danny may have lost that edge and appeal he once had, Charlie is making up for it. Meanwhile, Tess is on the brink of meeting her long lost daughter, while Jo is still having issues with trying to be there for Danny, while not really wanting to. Of course, Charlie doesn't make this easier. And then there is Lacey. With her getting comfortable with Whitney, especially during her time of need as her father faces murder charges, last week's kissed is addressed and seemingly this show is hell bent on a Jacey ending.
Topic 1: The Child I Never Knew – Tess
After stalking her would-be daughter, we learn Tess left a note and now gets the chance to maybe meet her daughter. However, with Kyle still a bit shaky in their relationship, much less dealing with the Vikram murder, he skips out on this adventure. Thankfully though Jo, the ever vigilant supporter of the abandoned, says she will stick by her during this meeting.
Unfortunately, Tess' child, who was named Samantha, died at the age of two. But, with Tess looking over the photos the former mother of Samantha brought, she realizes that Samantha wasn't her daughter. Samantha was born in a Trenton, NJ hospital, not where Tess gave birth. Meaning her daughter is still out there, and hope can remain alive.
Topic 2: I Usually Get What I Want - Whitney
After last episode it seemed like, in an attempt to kill any chance of Lanny happening, they were going to make Lacey gay or bi, or the various other sexualities in the spectrum. However, though Lacey notes she sort of liked the kiss, it seems Whitney isn't the one to really explore those feelings with. Leaving us unable to know if Lacey may in fact have feelings for girls, and not just guys, or if they are handling her sexuality like her dad's and just throwing it out there and seeing what the response maybe.
Either way though, Whitney seems to have found a friend in Lacey and after Jack thinks that Karen and Danny are trying to throw him under the bus for Vikram's murder, he tells Whitney to get the hell out of the Desai household. What makes this bad for Whitney though is that she knows that everyone is keeping a secret from her. And while I did find her a bit suspicious at first, seemingly she is just a free spirit looking to spend some time with her dad. For, as she noted before, he makes her feel safe, and considering the life she has had with her mom, changing schools and etc., perhaps Jack for her is the first opportunity in a while to not just feel protected, but grounded to something real.
Topic 3: I Want What You Have - Charlie
Until this episode it has been rather hard to pin Charlie down. Is he just a guy who wanted some semblance of the happiness Danny talked about and genuinely just wanted to start over? Or is he this sociopath who may seem like a misunderstood bad boy, but really is out of his mind. Well, the answer is given and seemingly everything Danny has been saying is right. Charlie is the socio that we saw glimpses of in Danny earlier in the season. However, in Charlie's case he was given a real clean slate. One in which he could have possibly gotten away with everything but Charlie got greedy.
You see, Charlie is the type who likes having the upper hand and having someone owe him favors. Danny did in juvie after Danny got into a fight which Charlie took the credit for, boosting his popularity. But now it seems Charlie isn't so much looking out for Danny, as he wants his life. So, to make Danny owe him something, he sets things up so Danny could get away with murder and Jack would get the blame. But Danny isn't in the mood to owe favors, much less this new, forced, feelings for Jo have made it where he'd rather sacrifice his freedom than allow Jo to be put in harm's way.
And from what we see, Charlie is willing to do whatever it takes to get what he wants. He moved Vikram 10 miles to setup the "accident;" To make Jo have sympathy for him, and further turn her against Danny, he hit his own head against a door until he bleed and got a nasty looking bruise; And from what you can see in next week's preview, it seems even when things are falling apart, he will do whatever it takes for what he wants.
Leading me to ask this: what the hell happened to this kid? I mean, he has more secrets than Danny at this point and I doubt he really got sent to juvie over stealing a car. Even Dr. Burger, the psychologist for the juvenile correction facility, hints at something being seriously wrong with Charlie. But I guess we have to wait until next week to find out the details.

However, he says that no one knew about the murder but him.
