After moving Mr. Creech into his bed, Lester starts bandaging his head, starting at his forehead. Later, when he removes it, the bandage end is at the back of his head. Also during the different takes where he appears bandaged, there are clear differences in the bandaging.
When Lester is lifting his hospital roommate, Mr. Creech, out of his bed, it's obvious that it's Martin Freeman's stunt double who does the lift as he is wearing a wig that poorly resembles Freeman's hair.
Malvo is looking into his scope and shoots out of the window, but there's no way he could see anything, because the windows are covered with paper.
Careful observation at 0:26:36 shows the tear in the paper that the scope can see through and the raised window that he's shooting through is more noticeable at 0:27:02.

When Molly and Gus are driving through downtown Duluth, we notice a 'Ford Tower' on the left. However there is no such building in Duluth. The tower shown is from Calgary, Alberta.
When Milos arrives with his car on the site of the "fish rain", he gets out of his car and the car has fish all around it but none below it. Clearly the filming crew "sprayed" fish all around the car after having it in place.
There were a few other spots with no fish, as can be seen at 0:48:35. He chose to park on a fish-free spot. Fish spraying is far-fetched.

Throughout the episode, a number of characters are shown driving vehicles through falling snow. In all cases, snow is seen bouncing or blowing off the windshield, not melting the way snow does when landing on the windshield of a heated car. The windshields are all visibly dry, even in shots where the wipers are on.
So, what does that mean? CGI snow? Shredded paper? Snow in Alberta (and Minnesota) is hard-frozen. Not big, white, fluffy, melty flakes.

When Lester escapes the hospital, he steals Creech's boots and jacket to do so, and he's able to steal Creech's vehicle because the keys are in the jacket. After a stop at his own house, he's then shown entering his brother's garage. Lester would need his house key and his brother's garage door opener to do these things, but he wouldn't have either with him when he left the hospital wearing only a gown and a stranger's jacket, and under police guard to boot. And while it's possible he entered his home using the spare key under the mat, it's implausible that he similarly found and used a spare garage door opener to enter his brother's garage. And if he had, he would certainly need to return the opener before heading back to the hospital, or run the risk of others discovering that he had access to the garage. All of that running around seems unlikely considering that he needed to get back to the hospital quickly before his absence was noticed.
Molly and Grimly driving in the car and in front of them on the right side, you can see a 2008 second generation Mazda 3 car.
Several times after waking up in the hospital Lester asks the nurse why there is a deputy outside of his room, suddenly panicking that its because they discovered his hand wound was connected to the first murders. The problem is that he was in jail for punching the officer and transported directly to the hospital, so he should have known that was the reason and never even asked why, he was still in custody for assaulting an officer.
Subsequently, Lester is let free after he frames his brother and the assault on the officer he was in jail for is never brought up again.

After Gus discovers Molly on the ground after accidentally shooting her, he just falls to his knees staring at her face down body. As a trained police officer he doesn't try to check her wounds, see if she's alive, or call for any help.
