Refreshingly Entertaining

I like the new up-incoming actor Jason Davinchi Samaritano playing his debut role as Detective Joseph Reimy. I see at the Teenage Kung Fu Cottontails movie premiere on Saturday night August 23rd.Jason Davinchi Samaritano is the potential to be an actor in Hollywood and how is going to surprise a lot of people with his acting.I am very impressed with his on screen presence and everybody cheered with a loud applause for Jason Davinchi Samaritano & Frank Briley when there names came up in the credits. Davinchi is a hip-hop artist with seemingly natural acting ability.I am really impressed for his single Fight 4 My City and his songs Candy Girl, World In My Hands & Mr. Swaggtastic for the Battle 4 Seattle movie soundtrack.. Moreover the other main actors too and give them praise like Frank Briley as Chief Johnson Melinda Raybne as Maria, Elke Hatula as Psychedelica, Audra Page as Lisa, Nyema Clark as Beatrice, Emma Nguyen as Ayumi, Aaron Arnold as Techla.

But the main actor that stole the show was Jason Davinchi Samaritano and that you are looking forward to seeing more of him as an actor in big future projects as well as more independent movies. I am surprised Jason Davinchi Samaritano in his debut co-starring role as Detective Joseph Reimy and his IMDb star meter is already at 4,965,018 how you were really impressed with his acting and how he is gonna be the next up-incoming actor to surprise Hollywood.. That you attended the Movie Premiere at the Thelma Dewitty Youngstown art center theater on August 23rd and you really loved the movie.even though it had a budget of 20,000 dollars it was a very entertaining independent movie that should do well at Redbox, Netflix, & Amazon.

Jason Davinchi Samaritano in his debut co-starring role as Detective Joseph Reimy and he is gonna be the next up-incoming actor to surprise Hollywood .I am very surprised about his act. I am very enjoying to play his role in this movie. Me and my other friend to tell about this story. Awesome creation. I wish better success in his life.

Davinchi is a hip-hop artist with seemingly natural acting ability. His single Fight 4 My City and his songs Candy Girl, World In My Hands & Mr. Swaggtastic for the Battle 4 Seattle movie soundtrack. I appreciate that this role is perfect to this actor and other main role is very effective for this movies. Every character is beautifully shows.

You had me at "Teenage Kung Fu Cottontails"!

The title of this movie caught my eye right off the bat. Teenage Kung FU Cottontails? Are you kidding me? This movie had to be watched!

I was at the premier last week and had a great time. I got to meet some of the actors and the director and they were really cool.

I don't want to give away the plot but the story is based around a mad scientist who wants to create super heroes to protect Seattle (where the movie was shot) so he takes DNA from a Kung Fu master and injects it into female rabbits. That's when all the action happens.

I was told that the film only cost $20,000 to make and if that's true it looks pretty good for the price. The director, Hollywill Jonz, does a great job of pacing and the camera work kept me interested. With such a small budget the special effects left something to be desired but overall the look of the film was great.

The standout of this movie is Jason Davinchi Samaritano who plays Detective Joseph Reimy. This is his debut performance and he does an excellent job. He is a local hip hop artist and has a pretty big following. Apparently he had some songs on the Battle 4 Seattle movie soundtrack. I haven't heard his music but everyone was telling me to listen to "Fight 4 My City".

Every rapper want to be an actor nowadays but I think Samaritano really has the potential to be a breakout star. His IMDb ranking is already nearly 5,000,000. I would like to see him again in a bigger budget film to really show off his talent.

The rest of the cast gave solid performances. Frank Briley as Chief Johnson Melinda Raybne as Maria, Elke Hatula as Psychedelica, Audra Page as Lisa, Nyema Clark as Beatrice, Emma Nguyen as Ayumi, Aaron Arnold as Techla all turned in great performances.

This film will probably gain a cult following once it hits Netflix and Redbox. If you get a chance check out this flick. You will not be disappointed.

Great Action!!!!

I am a huge fan of Jason "Davinchi" Samaritano so when I found out he was going to be in a movies I had to see it. I watched the trailers online before I went to the premier a few weeks ago. The whole event was awesome and I had a great time.

Some of you may not know Davinchi but he is a very popular hip hop artist here in Seattle and he is getting fans from all over the world now. He has a new video out called "Fight 4 My City" which is very popular and has like 100,000 views already. I think Jason Davinchi Samaritano could be a big movie star if he gets into a bigger film so watch out.

The movie is really good and they were saying that is only cost $20,000 to make. That's one of the reasons why I liked it so much. I'm always down for those who take the initiative and do things on their own without waiting for that gig studios or labels to offer them a deal.

The special effects were pretty good considering there was such a small budget but the fight scenes looked as good as any big budget action film. The best one was with Davinchi and Techla. The action looked so real and you could sense the anger and hatred between the two. That scene got me pumped.

The rest of the cast was great, too. Frank Briley, Aaron Arnold, Emma Nguyen, Melinda Raybne, Elke Hatula, Audra Page, Nyema Clark all did great jobs but I was there for Davinchi. I really think that he can become a star like Ice Cube and have a big movie career.

If you get a chance check out this movie when it comes out on Netflix or get the DVD. It's definitely worth it.

The future cult classic!

First let me say that this is an independent film with a very limited budget. The negatives of lighting, sound, and some technical issues have been considered in my giving this movie a high star rating.

Having said that, I give this movie outing 9 stars for the following reasons; First, the creative genius behind the melding of fantasy and live action. Second, the actors, both with and without lines, are well characterized in action sequences as in stationary dialogue. Third, the presentation of story line adherence to plot and development. This movie even incorporates some special effects that show potential in future installments.

This is a movie with a future. This movie is fun and I am sure it is to become a cult classic. My suggestion is to own it and enjoy it.
